  Excellent service and design. Mark really too k the time to understand our requirements and was patient when we altered the spec. Installation was excellent with any snagging resolved very quickly. Quality of the service and product were of a very high standard.

  Having previously had not a great experience with refits, we were absolutely delighted with Design Time. From the initial consultation, through the design process - at which Mark took on board all of our comments and ideas, the process was enjoyable. The fit date given was kept to and the fitter and other trades were exceptional - careful and considerate of the rest of the house remaining liveable in!! The result has met (and exceeded) our expectations in a fairly painless way. We highly recommend Design Time.
