    Didn't come at the appointed time and didn't call, so I was just hanging around waiting for them. I had to phone them the next day. A phone call really isn't too much to ask if the fitting will be delayed or an appointment is being missed. The glass and fitting was fine, but I missed my son's graduation ceremony waiting for workmen who never came.
